Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rynovault. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order through rynovault.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Rynovault sells digital products only. Our products may include instantly delivered digital content such as supplier access, supplier contacts, lists, guides, resources, and other informational materials.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot meaningfully be returned once access has been provided, all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, or partial refunds except where required by mandatory applicable law, as explained in Section 2.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:
- A change of mind after completing a purchase;
- Failure to read or fully understand the product description before purchasing;
- Dissatisfaction with the information or content provided;
- Failure to achieve expected profits, sales, results, or other business outcomes;
- Business losses, marketplace restrictions, account bans, or payment-processor issues;
- Misunderstanding what the digital product contains;
- Inability to use, understand, view, or apply the information provided;
- A third-party supplier closing, changing its prices, becoming unresponsive, changing its services, or declining an order;
- Technical problems on the customer's side, including device, browser, email, internet connection, or spam-filtering issues.
The value of the digital product is considered delivered once access to the purchased content has been made available.
Accordingly, once digital access has been provided, a refund will not normally be issued unless a mandatory consumer right applies.
2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal — Express Consent and Waiver
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from certain online purchases.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the applicable provisions governing digital content, the right of withdrawal may cease once the supply of digital content begins, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
By ticking the relevant consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period has expired;
- Acknowledge and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or access to the digital content begins;
- Confirm that you were informed of this consequence before completing your purchase.
For the purposes of this policy, performance begins when access to the purchased digital content or download is made available, whichever occurs first.
Once digital access has been provided in accordance with the above, the standard 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory applicable law. Where mandatory law provides additional rights, those rights will take priority over this policy.
3. Digital Delivery
Access to your purchased product is delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout, normally shortly after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery is considered completed once the access email has been sent to the email address supplied during the purchase process.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a correct and active email address during checkout;
- Checking spam, junk, and promotions folders;
- Ensuring their email inbox has sufficient storage;
- Allowing or whitelisting relevant email senders where necessary;
- Using an email provider capable of receiving external messages;
- Following the access instructions contained in the delivery email.
Failure to see, open, or access an email because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering, mailbox limitations, blocked senders, or another customer-side issue does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
If you have not received your access email, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, resend your access information.
4. Technical Issues — Limited Exception
If a technical problem caused by Rynovault prevents you from accessing the purchased product entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:
vendoreu12@gmail.com
We will first attempt to identify and resolve the issue and restore access to your digital product.
Where access can be successfully restored, the issue will normally be resolved by restoring or resending access rather than issuing a refund.
If the issue is caused by us and we are genuinely unable to provide you with access to the product you purchased, a refund may be issued.
Refunds will not normally be provided for technical problems caused by factors outside our control, including:
- Incorrect email addresses;
- Spam or junk filtering;
- Full email inboxes;
- Device incompatibility;
- Browser issues;
- Internet or network restrictions;
- Blocked email senders;
- Failure to follow the provided access instructions.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order or payment, please contact us first at:
vendoreu12@gmail.com
We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly. Many problems, including missing access emails or delivery issues, can often be resolved by resending access information.
Nothing in this Refund Policy prevents you from exercising any rights you may have to dispute a transaction with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
However, we ask that you contact Rynovault before starting a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other payment provider.
Such evidence may include, where available:
- Order and payment records;
- Digital delivery records;
- Email delivery information;
- Checkout consent records;
- Records showing consent to immediate digital delivery;
- Records showing acknowledgment of the loss of any applicable withdrawal right;
- Access or download activity.
6. Customer Responsibility
Before completing a purchase from Rynovault, you are responsible for reviewing the product information and deciding whether the product is suitable for your needs.
Before purchasing, please:
- Read the full product description carefully;
- Make sure you understand what the product includes;
- Review any information regarding delivery and access;
- Ask us any questions before purchasing if something is unclear;
- Confirm that the product is appropriate for your intended use.
Digital products may provide information, resources, supplier details, contacts, or other materials, but individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
